my up,down,left and right arrows do not work at all and whenever i press any other button on my pad the menu jus keeps flickering up and down rapidly, also my analog doesnt work at all. help me people.

Trying to fix it yourself is not a good idea, the only advice is to get it repaired somewhere or buy a new one. I know that's not much of a help but that's all you can do.
