Playstation 3 Controller - Need a better one!! HELP!!?

I can't play any first person shooters because on the standard PS3 controller, the thumbsticks are horribly close together. Is there any third party controller to fix this problem. I have pretty big hands. I love the feel of the XBOX360 controller. Anything similar would be amazing.
