Default Ok so i want to custom paint my PS3 sixaxis controller. How do i?

I either want to paint half of it white, or do a red tiger sort of thing. Can anyone tell me how is should do this, and what i should use. In detail please.

My suggestion would be to take the controller apart... rub it down with either alcohol or some sort of detergent to get rid of any dirt/grease/crud on the parts you want to paint.
Then... mask off any areas you don't want painting, but not the stripes (this is assuming you're doing the red tiger stripes one)... spray your base layer (red) making sure it's an even coat without any splodges... should any splodges occur it's ok, just wait until that layer has dried and sand down the uneven bits, then respray another coat.
For the stripes... create a stencil of the stripe shape or buy a fine nozzle to attach to your spray can... then bombs away, paint on those stripes.
And the usual precautions apply... well ventilated area, mask if not ventilated particularly well, put something (newspaper, old towel, etc) on the table/floor to avoid any unwanted paint, don't spray it in your eyes, don't eat it, etc, etc
Just have fun experimenting with it, and i it doesn't quite work the first time, sand it down, respray it and try again
Good Luck!
