Add Infraction for MATTHEW L
Default PS3 Hard drive?

I want a solid state drive in my ps3 as i have seen they make a very big difference in the performance of the ps3, but i cant get over the prices of them, i have seen the new samsung ssd due to be released and the mtron pro 7500 does anyone know were to get these cheap, well cheaper than they are or if anyone is using a ssd please comment and tell me your results

the price will not go down for a bit because people are still buying them when not alot of people are buying them the price will go down

you could buy alot of games for the £210 it costs for the hd

look on youtube for reviews of this product

Scroll down to the 'Conclusion' and you'll see that the experts think the price cannot be justified. Load times are fractionally decreased but installation for games takes much, much longer.

I suggest waiting it out for better SSD drives like gamespot said
For $400 you could buy a new console!
