hi i have a 2007 "still working perfectly fine" ps3 six axis controller, as i said before it works perfect, but i can only probably use it from full battery 3 bar to 1 bar in like 15 hours, i heard if you keep charging it over the years the hours decreases, is that true?

Yes. The controller has a certain amount of charges before the battery life decreases.
