I took apart my ps1 controller to paint it. It was fun but really easy. That was however just practice for my plans of painting my old ps3 controller. The ps1 controller was very simple inside, but the vibrators are connected to the main board by only 2 thin wires. So of corse one vibrator doesn't work anymore. In other words: ps1 controller is simple to take apart but fragile and broke immediately. (I know how to sauder. I can fix it. But still.) How simple is the ps3 controller inside? Will I have too much more trouble taking it apart then the ps1 controller? And lastly, is is as fragile as the ps1? (parts connected by thin wires alone. Wtf)

I've tried YouTube videos but they were too low quality to see what I'm looking for or it was already taken apart in the vid.
