My ps3 controller analog sticks are messed up?

Whenever I play MW3 and I sprint, my person does random stuff like shoot, jump, crouch, reload, etc.
I've only had my controller for a year and I've only dropped it a few times. And I've never gotten it wet.

So does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried everything.
