How do i access downloaded material from my USB flashdrive to my PS3 harddrive?

i already downloaded some camos for socom us navy seals confrontation but i don't know how to install them onto my PS3

From my understanding, you have to jailbreak your PS3. What exactly are you talking about? Pictures, music?
