What is better to record gameplay on the ps3 pvr HD or capture card?

I'm wondering what is the best pvr or capture card I want to record gameplay on my ps3 if there both good witch one will be better for cod? Thanks if you answer.

PVR but my friend is getting a capture card i here it the capture card some how doesn't with the quick move ment
