Is it possible yet to downgrade ps3 firmware from 3.72 to 3.55?

Some say you can and some say you cant but this was from old updates so I am looking for some help to find out if this is possible yet??? Any links that work also links on how to do this I would be very grateful...

you should be able to download it on the internet save it to a thumb drive and download it on to your ps3
