No, and I doubt there ever will be. First of all PS3 games can be as large as 50gb. You'll need a pretty large hard drive to make an HD Advance type disc worth while. And if you plan on downloading PS3 games say goodbye to your bandwidth.
Second, the PS3s updates would just ban your PSN ID from their servers (or at the very least recognize the game is not authentic and not allow online play). Online play is major in this generation of consoles so thats a major drawback.
Also firmware updates could easily disable the system flaw that allowed people to exploit the PS3 and pirate games. Your HD Advance disc would become useless unless you didn't update, but then you wouldn't get updated features or online play.
Basically its just not worth it. Pay for the games and take good care of them so you won't need to back them up.
