Ps3 controller case broken?

my ps3's controller has a part where the left joystick is located chiped off so no i often happens that the joy stick comes out while i am playing so can i get it switched on playstation customer care?
i dnt drop it

but man joystick comes out of the controller

a chip probably wont count as a default but i would suggest stop dropping your controllers? there very expensive.
