Ps3 mw3 controller ? Settings?

For who of you play mw3 online or whatever I filled with my controller setting on accident and I can't get it back to normal I want like right stick to look up and down and the left to move are the arrows Idc about that part so any idea how to get. It back I know where to go if I have Ben going to the right settings but none change it back to normal thanks
