How to record games on PS3 with HDMI in HD onto a mac book air running lion.?

Hello,i'm looking into recording my gameplay on my PS3 and to put it on youtube,i want to play in HD and also record in HD,then after I have record be able to transfer the files to a mac book air running OSX lion. Any suggestions?
