The L3 button (left joystick) has problems, when I press the button in most of the time it triggers the L1 button. ex, In NHL12 L1-makes player dive/block shot, L3-makes player sprint. So when I sprint to a loose puck my player instead dives or lays down and is extremely annoying, CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME?

it might be that your button layout is not on default or whatever layout you used to play on. Otherwise, try playing other games with the same controller. If it gives you the same problem, then you probably need a new controller
