PS4 In 2010 Claims Sony, PS3 will evolve

Sony has responded to tall the rumors that they are to make a brisk exit for the console hardware industry by stating a Playstation 4 is on the cards but not before the year 2010. Until that time comes, Sony are totally focused on making the PS3 find its full potential.

What do you mean you wonder if this is true? Of course it's true. They're saying that they're not going to do anything with a PS4 until 2010, and they're going full-force with the PS3 til then. Why would you wonder about its truthfulness?
